Today will be the day I am going to set thing right.. hopefully :D
My weight as reached its pinnacle, an outstanding 99.5KG
I deserve an loud round of a applause.. clap! clap! clap!
Seriously this is the worst I have ever been and I blame purely on my eating habits. My family is particularly generous when regards to food and there are always plenty to spare. Not to mention my sister is a baker so I always have to sample her work.. lol..
Anyway the down side of becoming so obese is that I am starting to have slight pain in my waist and ankles even to the point of having to wear an ankle guard to surau. Also when sitting for Tahiyat Akhir where I sit Iftirash way I am taking to much space and its not that comfortable probably due to the excess fat at my waist and legs.
So starting from playing badminton tonight there are some things I will try to maintain thus this blog post after such a long time for a full 1 month experiment on dieting.
PLAN
A) Always drink mineral or plain water. I will stop drinking cold or icy water or sugary water.
B) Sleep and wake early. Sleep before 12.30am and wake around 5.30am. I usually wake up before 6am and go to the Surau for my congregational Subuh prayer. Hopefully this time I will have more time as I sometimes miss the first rakaat.
C) After Subuh prayer and reading the Quran, have a light breakfast, maybe some porridge and then I will do a light jog around my Taman, probably around 10 laps (4KM+) and some light stretching.
D) Do work directly and work hard in my business.
E) Eat less rice and more vegetables and chicken for lunch after Zuhur. Take a short nap around 30mins before eating lunch.
F) Eat a bread or two around 4PM
G) After Azar prayers, do either multi shuttle badminton drills with help from my sister, or hit the wall with badminton shuttles or do some weight exercises for around 30mins.
H) At night time, after isya depends on session, probably badminton playing on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
I) Fasting or Puasa on Mondays and Thursdays. Follow the sunnah of the Prophet :)
I think thats it for the current checklist. Will update my weight after a week.
